Yoga is one of the best activities a woman can have. We are well aware of all the positive effects yoga give us. That’s why we decided to make a list of effective yoga poses that will help you improve your breasts shape, flexibility and back pain, but also make you feel strong and healthy.

1. Warrior pose

The Warrior pose, also known as Virabhadrasana, will help you extend your thorax making it elastic and much more active. Furthermore, it will help you feel your strength.

2. Cobra pose

The biggest benefit of the Cobra pose, also known as Bhujangasana, is increasing the lung volume. Other benefits are: stretching the thoracic muscles, strengthening abdominal muscles and great improve of the posture.

3. Camel pose

The Camel pose, also known as Ustrasana, is the most effective if you have issues with back pain. However, it also has positive effects on strengthening the thorax, increasing the lung volume and helping with back pain.

4. Bow pose

As with the Camel pose, the Bow pose (also known as Dhanurasana), will help you with backache. This pose will also help you in beautifully shape your breasts and will stretch the whole spine.

5. Wheel pose

The Wheel pose, also known as Chakrasana, has many benefits to your body: thorax, spine and neck stretch, healing headache and lifting fatigue.

6. Supported headstand

Supported headstand, also known as Salamba Sirsasana, is only advised for the experienced. This pose will improve the blood flow and breathing, but it’s also helpful for ligaments and muscles of the spine and thorax

7. Triangle pose

Triangle yoga pose, also known as Trikonasana, will release and strengthen the thorax, stretch the spine, improve the blood flow and strengthen the breasts.
