The sunny or yellow diet is ideal when warm and sunny days arrive. With this interesting diet you can easily lose weight without hunger and without too much effort. The secret is in the grocery with a yellow color.

General rules

The yellow diet should not last more than 8 days. If you follow it properly, you can lose up to 4 pounds. The basic rule is to eat only yellow products. Of course, they must be fresh. In addition, it is necessary to match the yellow grocery rule with one more rule- must eat at least 4 different fruits each day, in equal amounts.

Excellent recommendations for a morning meal are yellow shakes from fruit, through which you will enter the necessary vitamins and minerals.
During the yellow diet you can drink water, yellow juices and tea, as much as you want.  Certainly, make them without sugar.

Allowed food: bananas, pineapple, apricots, melon, lemon, pumpkin, yellow apples, pears, hard cheeses … and everything else that has a yellow color, and is a fruit or vegetable.

Example daily menu:

Breakfast: 2 bananas and a cup of chamomile tea (you can also sweep them in a blender so you can drink them as a shake)

Lunch: 150g hard cheese and a plate of yellow green beans

Dinner: Fruit salad of 2 yellow apples, pear and pineapple.

Note:
If you want maximum results, you should include physical activity and lots of drinks too. Short daily walks are also welcome. Yellow diet can be complicated for pregnant women and people with chronic diseases, therefore be sure to consult a doctor before starting it.
