Curry dressing
- 2 tablespoons low-fat sour cream
- ¼ teaspoon curry
- 1-2 cloves of finely chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt a little pepper.
This curry dressing perfectly combines with lettuce and chicken.
Guacamole dressing with avocado
- ½ avocado juice
- ½ lemon
- one tablespoon olive oil
- 1-2 cloves of finely chopped garlic salt and pepper (optional).
Mash the avocado nicely with a fork or put it in a blender, then add the other ingredients and mix with a spoon until you have a homogeneous mixture. Use this dressing as a supplement to any fresh and healthy salad.
